[Serves 2 - 3]
Ingredients:
- 1 pint fresh blueberries*
- 1 - 1 1/2 TBS sugar
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Rinse and check over your blueberries.
- Add sugar + lemon juice and gently toss.
- Set aside.
- Pour cream into a small mixing bowl.
- Add sugar + vanilla.
- Whisk vigorously (or do as I do and attach your whisk to your hand mixer and go to town).
- Whisk until stiff peaks form (unless you want a softer cream).
- Divide your blueberries in 2 - 3 small dessert bowls (or wide mugs).
- Top with fresh Caramel Whipped Cream.
- Enjoy!
*I am sure that you could try this recipe with almost any (if not all) berries :)
